Ladies and gentlemen!
Drum roll please!
I am about to reveal a critical missing piece of the puzzle! There are thousands of PLR buyers who purchase PLR, set it all up and hope to make sales and profits…
BUT NOTHING HAPPENS!
The sales page for the latest ‘Biz-in-a-box’ product is slick and sexy. You are told all you do is ‘sell the product as your own and keep 100% of the profits’.
You set it all up and wait for the money tsunami to come…but no one buys your product.
What went wrong? In a word, it is traffic. Most people buying PLR lack the ability to drive traffic to their offer.
Driving Traffic To Your Offers
For your PLR efforts to ever succeed you must drive traffic. It is the one necessary skill you MUST acquire because without it, you are not going to be successful.
It is this important point you must take away from reading this article.
And it is a skill very different from actually using the PLR.
I am excited you may know how to use your PLR. You are able to rebrand it and personalize it.
But people have got to see what you are offering and it must be the right people.
TRAFFIC = SALES. Never forget that.
Building That List
Most of the ‘biz-in-a-box’ products out there contain an optin page with some type of report that accompanies it. This is meant for your use in building that list.
It is a simple idea really.
Set up an opt in page and give away the report as a gift in exchange for the visitor’s email address.
Setting this up is relatively easy – but you can only collect visitors’ email addresses and build your list if people are actually visiting your opt in page.
You need TRAFFIC to your opt in page.
Understand All Pieces of Your PLR
Do this same thing if your PLR pack has a sales page and an eBook to sell, you need TRAFFIC to the sales page.
If you have PLR articles to post on your blog, you need TRAFFIC to your blog.
If you have components such as PLR videos, tweets, pins, etc. all these are meant to be used for traffic generation.
Are you using them?
Are you giving traffic generation the importance it requires… or are you just buying more and more PLR thinking that’s the answer?
Increasing Your Sales
Making money online to a large extent is a numbers game.
The more products you have for sale, the more sales you’ll make.
The more blog posts you have, the higher your chances of ranking for keywords and getting visitors.
The more traffic you get to your web properties, the faster you’ll build a list and make sales.
To be ever expanding should be your goal.
Focus On One Thing
Most beginners have a tough time with this. They try to go all out on many different traffic methods and they end up confused, exhausted, and nothing to show for it.
When getting that PLR you are going to start off the first step of setting it all up. Content needs to be posted to your blog, sales pages need to be cart ready, and all the bugs should be squashed in your funnel.
Once done, you are ready for the second process. Now it should become your main focus… but only one traffic method..
Pick it and stick with it. Regardless what it is, master it.
Get yourself some paid courses or training on your chosen traffic method and implement the training you find.
Regardless if it is free or paid traffic you should be focus specifically on that method until you see visitors arriving to your site.
Track your conversions and try to improve upon the metrics.
You see, setting up the PLR is only the first skirmish in the battle to come. It lays the foundation for your traffic generation strategy.
YES – it will take time.
YES – if you are just learning the ropes with paid ads it is inevitable you are going to lose some money.
However, this is a business you are setting up for yourself and you must invest in it. Traffic generation is the SINGLE MOST IMPORTANT SKILL you must develop.
Spend at least 80% of your time learning this skill and get good at it. Once you know how to get traffic, sales will follow.
You’ll start to see opportunities with PLR that you have never considered before… and you’ll truly enjoy generating an income online.
Traffic is the beating heart of your online business.
