Pull-ups and business goals… huh?

I just read a very interesting article.

The point of it was…


Interesting…of course…the first thing I thought was…why would I do a pull-up in the first place?

Immediately, it dawned on me… isn’t it exactly what we’re struggling with inside our businesses?

Isn’t our inability to make the first sale, to build our list, to get to 5 figures per month… just all in our heads?

More often than not, the answer is yes.

Now, let’s be real.

Simply thinking that you can do a pull up isn’t enough to get you there.

You actually may need to do a few things first – such as shedding a couple of pounds, doing a couple of exercises for a week or two, depending on how good of a shape you’re in right now.

Just like simply thinking that you can get to 5 figures a month isn’t enough to get you there.

Just like with pull-ups, you may need to do things first – like building a list, nurturing a relationship with your audience, provide value to that audience through sending them offers that help them achieve their goals, and so on and so forth.

However, as long as you believe it’s something you can do, you’ll be able to move in the right direction.
